Before McConnaughhay & Sons Roofing opened in 1998, Keith McConnaughhay had already put in 20 years hands-on in the roofing trade. After being a cost estimator and superintendent for another firm, Keith realized that his advancement was limited. It was then he decided to venture out on his own. Over the next two years he would employ four full-time roofers installing shingles, rubber roofing and modified roof systems. In 2000, Keith was joined by his son Jamie. During 2001 and 2002 McConnaughhay & Sons Roofing would employ six full-time journeymen, two full-time apprentices and two part-time office workers. 2002 was a transition period for Keith and Jamie. McConnaughhay & Sons Roofing began installing commercial and industrial hot built-up roofing, modified single ply EPDM roofs, and white heat weld roof systems such as TPO and PVC. Residential roofing has always been our main stay - installing 3-tabs, dimensional, architectural, wood shake and many various types of residential roofing. There may be many roofers but only a few that are knowledgeable in both residential and commercial roofing applications. McConnaughhay & Sons Roofing can meet your scheduling needs. |
